WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Holiday Return Policy: Full-price items purchased after November 15th are eligible for return until January 14th
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed.
- We offer refunds onto the original payment method or onto store credit, once we receive the returned item.
- We do not refund expedited shipping costs.
- We cannot refund customs & duties charges for international customers.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
